Account identification and sign-in
The server processes your email and authentication provider account ID to identify your account. Google sign-in uses Google; email codes use Supabase Auth. Sign-in credentials are encrypted on this PC. Task lists and resource links are not uploaded to the sign-in server.
Information stored on this PC
Task names, notes, decisions, results, next actions, resource names, URLs and paths, work sessions, metadata observations, saved versions, per-task exclusions, and collection choices and their date are stored locally. Observations do not imply user decisions or completed work. Names, window titles, URLs and paths may contain personal information. Save original documents in their own apps. Link backups do not contain original files.
Automatic resource collection agreement
Before first sign-in, separately accept the terms, collection and use of personal information, and automatic resource collection. Collection covers app names, window titles and executable paths; current Chrome page titles and verified public HTTPS URLs; names and paths of saved Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents; and folder names and paths in single-tab File Explorer windows. Collection runs during an active task and stops on completion, PC lock or app exit. You may decline, but cannot start the service without these agreements. Later, turn automatic collection off or on in Settings; saved resources remain.
Information not collected
The current local product does not collect document contents, screenshots, keystrokes, browsing history or background tabs. Task names, notes, URLs, paths and document contents are not uploaded. Optional usage analytics are a separate choice and send only feature counts, the UTC day, the app version and a limited set of error codes, linked to the account. The default retention period is 90 days. Choose on the login screen; declining does not restrict basic features. To change the choice, sign out and select or clear the option at the next login. Signing in with it cleared stops new counts and uploads on this PC and clears queued counts; the server is updated when connected. Request deletion of previously sent analytics through the contact below.
Website icon requests
Site icons are first looked up by the current resource address in Chrome's icon cache, read-only. Browsing history files, cookies and page contents are not read, and browser data is not modified. If no cached icon is available, it is requested from the website or its designated image server. If the standard icon locations are unavailable, only icon links in the public homepage head are checked without sign-in. HTML and body content are not stored and scripts are not executed. This connection may share ordinary request information, such as your IP address, with that server. Saved page paths, queries, contents and sign-in credentials are not sent. Landing page demo icons are bundled static images. The demo does not collect your apps or windows.
Saving, removal and backups
Verified new items are automatically saved on this PC. Items not removed with X open together from the next start. Local information remains until deleted. Archiving is not deletion. Removed items may remain in earlier saved versions or backups, which you manage and delete separately. Account information is processed while the account is maintained; request deletion using the procedure below.
Account requests and language preference
Contact the email below to request access, correction or deletion of account information. We explain the scope and result after verifying ownership. Server account data and optional usage analytics may be included. This procedure does not automatically delete the Supabase Auth account; an operator handles that separately. Account deletion does not automatically erase local lists or backup copies. A language chosen on the landing page may be stored locally in your browser.
