A small window. A simpler start.

Less looking around. More picking up where you left off.

Keep the tools you already use. Bring apps, sites, documents and folders together under one task.

Your resources. Your PC.

Save the way back. Leave the originals in place.

Originals stay put

No file uploads or moving documents. Lists store app launch details, website addresses and file or folder paths.

Within your control

After you consent, collection runs while a task is active. Finishing the task or locking your PC stops collection.

Back up on your terms

Export and import your lists and resource links as a backup file. Keep separate backups of your original documents and files.

Optional analytics

Usage analytics are sent only if you opt in separately. Task titles, notes, addresses and paths are not included.

Currently supported: Windows apps, public HTTPS pages in Chrome, saved Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, and single-tab File Explorer folders. URLs with localhost, IP addresses or explicit ports are excluded. General apps reopen at app level; detection depends on app conditions. Site icon requests use only the site domain.

Free beta

Use the free beta on your PC.

Imported backups appear in the archive. AI, cloud sync and team features are not included.

FAQ

A few things to know.

How do I get started?

Sign in to the app, review the terms and collection choices, then create a task. Click it to start. If nothing is saved yet, open your apps and resources as you normally would.

Will everything open at once?

Saved items that remain on the list open together when you start. Items removed with X stay closed. You can still open one item at a time. Finding an item does not launch it immediately.

Does it restore my exact screen?

Stackpia reopens saved URLs and file or folder paths. Results depend on sign-in state and whether the resource still exists. Window positions, sizes, scroll positions and editing cursors are not restored.

What's the difference between Done and Archive?

Done saves the items and notes from this session and keeps the task in your list. Archive moves a finished project to your archive. Neither closes your open apps or tabs.

What about other browsers or Mac?

Website collection currently supports Chrome on Windows. Other browsers, Mac and cross-device sync are not available.

How do purchases and refunds work?

Stackpia is in a free beta and this website is not accepting payments. There is no purchase to refund.
